I launched this Newsletter in February 2023, and for eight months, I wrote every week, sometimes twice a week. Thank you for being a reader and engaging with me and my content.
You would have noticed that I have been MIA in the last six weeks from Platform Space, but I needed to take a step back and take a break from product-specific writing.
Before going into the best of 2023, I want to re-introduce myself to those new to the Newsletter: I'm Alex, a Senior Product Manager working on Platform Products and a Researcher in Behavioral Economics. (Yes, I am managing a PhD alongside my day-to-day Product role). I write about all things platform products and behavioral science.
In Autumn 2023, I stepped into a new player/coach role, being a senior IC on a platform team and a product lead for a platform group with line management responsibilities. So, the time I took away from this Newsletter was spent learning more about my new role and gathering more experiences to write about.
