Thank you for writing this, a question I have is - how do I improve my workflow/mental model based on this? Or is it meant to educate us on history?

Hey Jono - thank you for your feedback! The purpose of this literature review was to emphasise more than anything that some models which we use today, like customer feedback loops and cross-functional teams are not entirely new. I was hoping folks would re-think ideas that we might consider new today.
